Miele steam ovens operate without pressure in a temperature range of 40 – 100°C. Ideal for gently preparing vegetables, fish, side dishes, desserts and much more.
Pressure steam oven
In addition to steam cooking, the Miele pressure steam oven operates in the temperature range of 101–120 °C with pressure. By cooking under pressure you can save up to 50 % of time in comparison to cooking without pressure.
