We offer a thorough and personalised induction programme. You begin "on-the-job" and will receive basic information about the company on your very first day. In addition, we hold specific information events where you will learn about the company, its human resources, employee benefits and where different departments and their duties and functions are presented.
We use the job specification, along with your personal qualifications to assess the amount of familiarisation you will require for the new position. This way, we can customise an induction plan which will enable you to familiarise yourself with your new department and related functions.
