Integrated water softener
Clean results
Minerals in mains water can hinder the cleaning process and cause deposits to form on instruments and in the machine. Miele thermal disinfectors are fitted ex works with a water softener which removes the bulk of ions from mains water which cause water hardness. In the case of extremely hard water and in practices using large amounts of instruments, additional complete demineralisation may make sound economic sense.

DryPlus
For perfect drying results
The hot air drying feature DryPlus is the perfect solution for hollow instruments. An upstream Class H13 HEPA filter ensures the reliable removal of particles from the air taken in for drying. The filter is easily accessible via a flap in the front plinth area.

Crevice-free chamber
Seamlessly welded
The wash cabinet developed by Miele Professional sets new hygiene standards. Crevice-free, it is welded using laser technology and its smooth joins stop dirt deposits from building up. This prevents the adhesion of blood and other soiling. An additional level of hygiene is achieved by installing the heater elements outside the wash cabinet.

Conductivity monitoring
Safety through monitoring
Residues from process chemicals during the final rinse phase can compromise the reprocessing result. Conductivity monitoring of the wash water facilitates the detection of such residues and their reduction to a defined level through further rinsing. This means that the reprocessing is more reliable, more resource-friendly and also reproducible.

Spray arm sensing
Safety through monitoring
For optimum cleaning and disinfection results, the rotation speed of the spray arms must always lie in a prescribed interval. Through the contact-free monitoring of all appliance and basket spray arms, problems such as the build-up of foam or an obstructing wash item can be detected in good time. Thus spray arm sensing contributes to the reliable reproduction of the validated reprocessing quality.

Spray pressure monitoring
Safety through monitoring
A variety of factors, such as a faulty basket connection or an excessive build-up of foam, can lead to a reduction in the wash pressure. Monitoring the wash pressure in the washer-disinfector guarantees optimum process operations, so that the machine always produces reliable reprocessing results.
