• Carry out an annual inspection including a target/actual comparison
• Detailed assessment and documentation of the technical condition
• Examination of the maintenance condition of the appliance
• Carry out an electrical safety check

Miele deals with time schedule monitoring in order to guarantee that the maintenance work is carried out regularly.

In addition to the contents of the inspection contract, the service contract also includes the following services:

• Comprehensive maintenance in accordance with the maintenance checklist
• Offer for further care and maintenance measure
• Parts subject to wear and tear are charged separately according to expenditure
• Carry out the preventive tests necessary for the respective Miele appliance.
  If additional repair work should prove to be necessary, this is billed separately according time and expense.

In addition to the contents of the inspection contract, the service contract also includes the following services:

• Comprehensive maintenance in accordance with the Miele appliance-specific service plan.
• Offer for further care and maintenance measure
• Preventive exchange of defined parts subject to wear and tear
• Carry out the preventive tests necessary for the respective Miele appliance

If additional repair work should prove to be necessary, this is billed separately according time and expense.

In order for all the costs to remain calculable, Miele also offers a maintenance and repair contract that includes all the costs for any repairs that are necessary in addition to the maintenance services.

The costs for worn and replacement parts are included as well as the wages and travel costs of the Miele service technicians.
