After a programme has started, it is no longer possible to select a different programme. If you would like to change the programme, you have to cancel the programme. Resetting after a programme has started does not remedy the situation. The programme will be continued.
Switch off the washing machine.
Remove the mains plug from the socket.
Wait at least 10 minutes.
Insert the mains plug back into the socket.
Switch on the washing machine.
