Ideal conditions for longer storage life
Air, including oxygen, is extracted from the vacuum-sealing bag in the Miele vacuum-sealing drawer. This process allows for longer storage of food and also the perfect preparation for sous-vide cooking in the steam oven. A choice of three vacuum-sealing settings is available to suit your needs. Setting 3 is good for marinated meat, setting 1 is perfect for delicate food such as berries.
