How would you like your appliance to be installed?

Installation options available for combining a washing machine and tumble dryer are shown here.
Washer-dryer stack
If there is not sufficient space available to install two appliances next to one another, most Miele washing machines and tumble dryers can be conveniently combined as a washer-dryer stack. In this arrangement, the washing machine is always installed under the tumble dryer.
The WhiteEdition appliances are ideal for stacking. The door hinge in the dryers can be changed so that the doors open in the same direction with both appliances.
Miele offers various stacking kits for combining the appliances in a stable manner. Some, e.g. the WTV 512, feature a practical drawer. As an example, this drawer is ideal for storing accessories or to conveniently rest the laundry basket whilst loading and unloading the tumble dryer.
Side-by-side
Technically and visually, Miele washing machines and tumble dryers match each other perfectly. This allows you to install both appliances side-by-side and easily transfer freshly washed laundry to the tumble dryer. The ChromeEdition range also offers the option a slanted fascia panel for ergonomic operation. The WTS 510 plinth (optional accessory) creates practical storage space below the appliance – and a convenient working height.
Can be built-under
Miele ChromeEdition WDA, W 3000 and W 5000 washing machines and TDA and T 8000 tumble dryers with a straight fascia can be built-under. If you replace the appliance lid with a built-under kit, such as UBS W1/G or UBS T1/G, for example, these appliances will fit under a countertop in an 82 cm high niche.
Slot-in
All Miele front loaders can be pushed under a countertop with a minimum niche height of 85 cm. This installation option does not require the appliance lid to be removed.
