We would like to provide an update to our Miele community in Victoria with all relevant information and support currently available. The health and safety of our team members customers and the community continues to our first priority and we have adjusted our business operations in line with the current Government Stage 4 restrictions.
Whilst our Victorian Miele Experience Centres are currently closed our Online shop as well as our delivery and installation services will continue to operate with some adjustments.

  • Our online store will continue to operate throughout this period and our full range of Appliances as well as Accessories and Care Collection products will be available for purchase and delivery.

Miele Experience Centres

Whilst our Experience Centres in South Melbourne and Knoxfield are currently closed we are pleased to offer a Call and Collect service for any Care Collection, Vacuum Cleaner or Benchtop Appliance purchases from both locations. The team will also be able to assist you with a personal cooking consultation over the phone to answer any of your questions and to enable you to get the most from your Miele appliance. If you would like to arrange a quotation or purchase appliances this can also be arranged with the team over the phone. Call & Collect - Victorian Customers

Delivery and Installation

  • We will continue to offer our delivery service for all products and our team will be adhering to the strictest hygiene guidelines including wearing face masks as well as operating under contactless conditions whilst in your home.
  • Please note that we request that you also wear a face mask whilst our team are attending in your home.
  • The installation of washing machines, dryers, and freestanding refrigeration will continue as normal, however we are not able to offer our Dishwasher installation service during this period.

Service and Repairs

  • We will be able to continue to service and repair your appliances as required during this period, apart from coffee machines and ironing systems which will be delayed until after September 17 2020.
  • You can manage your Miele services and book online through our easy to use and convenient self service portal. See link below.
  • Please note we are only able to offer contactless payment during this period.
