Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. The Promoter will not replace lost items if the address details supplied by the entrant is incorrect.
The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

Entry Procedure
To enter, entrants must submit their details (name, email, phone number, birth month, birth year, state and postcode) online via the link provided in the invitation.
Entrants will need to answer in 25 words or less “What would you create in your Miele kitchen if you had Shannon Bennett as your sous‑chef.”
A panel of judges from Miele will then select, what they deem to be in their sole discretion, the most innovative answer as the winner.
The minimum information required to be eligible to win is the name, email, phone number, birth month, birth year, state and postcode of the entrant and an answer to the question stated above.
Miele accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.

Location: The winner will be chosen on 01/06/2026 at Level 4, 141 Camberwell Road, Hawthorn East, VIC 3123.
Selection Method: A panel of judges from Miele will select, what they deem to be in their sole discretion, the most innovative answer to be the winner.
The winner will be notified by telephone and email by 01/06/2026. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
This prize must be claimed by 30/06/2026 ahead of attending the dinner on 27/08/2026 at their closes Miele Experience Centre.
Prize Details
The total prize pool value is $25,000 as follows:
Win one (1) evening for six, with Shannon Bennett crafting a bespoke menu at their closest Miele Experience Centre. The experience includes canapés, three course menu and paired wines.
The winner must be able to attend on the 27/08/2026 and make their own arrangements for transport at their cost. Prize values accurate as at 16/04/2026.
Prize restriction
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize or prizes for a prize or prizes of similar specification or value to any prize or prizes offered in this promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the Prize value. Entrants are only eligible to collect one Prize.
In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize offered by the Promoter then that element of the prize pack will be deemed to have been forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
If an entrant is successfully selected as a winner in this competition, other entries submitted by the same entrant will be excluded. This exclusion relates to any other promotion Miele is completing concurrently inclusive of a game of skill.
Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices/ list prices at the time of printing as stated on the Future Food System web page, and discounts and bonuses are not applicable. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in Prize value between now and when the Prize is redeemed.
It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the Prize.

Prize Claim Date
The Prize must be claimed by the winner by 30/06/26 ahead of attending the dinner on 27/08/2026. Failure to claim and collect prize will automatically result in forfeiture of the prize without further notice to the winner.
Re-selection Details (if applicable)
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of entry, a further selection shall take place.

The winner will be notified by both telephone and email. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This prize must be claimed by 30/07/2026.
Additional Terms
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the Prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information they submit with their entry being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant.
In consideration for the Promoter awarding the prize to the winner, the one (1) winner and their five (5) nominated guests hereby permits any image and/or voice, as recorded, photographed or filmed during their participation in the prize event/s to appear in connection with The Promoter or the advertising or marketing material thereof, in any media whatsoever throughout the world, and the winner and attendees will not be entitled to any remuneration or payment for such use.
The winner is responsible for any taxation implications (including FBT) that may arise. It is the winner’s responsibility to seek professional advice in regard.
